Integration of Sustainability Risks in Investment Decision-Making (Article 3 of SFDR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A sustainability risk is defined as an environmental, social, or governance (\u201cESG\u201d) event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or potential material negative impact on the value of an investment.

Mount Pelion Capital AIFLNP V.C.I.C. Ltd (\u201cMount Pelion Capital\u201d) recognizes that ESG-related risks may impact its portfolio and investment performance. While the Fund currently does not promote environmental or social characteristics, the potential materiality of sustainability risks is considered as part of the broader risk management framework in the investment selection and ongoing monitoring process, where relevant.

Given the evolving ESG regulatory landscape and data availability challenges, Mount Pelion Capital continues to assess the practicality and proportionality of integrating sustainability risks in a more formalized and quantifiable manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Consideration of Principal Adverse Impacts (Article 4 of SFDR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPrincipal Adverse Impacts\u201d (\u201cPAIs\u201d) refer to material negative effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors, such as environmental, social, and employee matters, respect for human rights, and anti-corruption and anti-bribery issues.

Mount Pelion Capital does not currently consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors, in accordance with Article 4(1)(b) of the SFDR. This decision has been taken due to the limited availability, reliability, and standardization of ESG data across asset classes relevant to the Fund\u2019s investment strategy.

The Fund\u2019s strategy does not currently regard sustainability factors as material to its investment objectives. This position is subject to ongoing review and may be reassessed should data quality improve and ESG factors become more integral to the investment strategy in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remuneration Policy and Sustainability Risks (Article 5 of SFDR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mount Pelion Capital\u2019s remuneration framework is aligned with sound risk management practices and does not encourage excessive risk-taking with respect to sustainability risks.

The policy is consistent with the integration of sustainability considerations, where applicable, and seeks to ensure that staff are not incentivized to overlook potential ESG-related risks in the course of their duties. Mount Pelion Capital promotes professional integrity and accountability and will continue to evaluate how sustainability-linked performance and training may be reflected in performance reviews and incentive structures, in proportion to the Fund\u2019s regulatory obligations and strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
